About The Role

We are looking for a Web Operations Technical Engineer to join our centralised Ecommerce Operations Team. This role will see you focus on the implementation of various Ecommerce projects and tasks encompassing all aspects of web operations from the site itself through to all back-end software and systems.

The Ecommerce Operations team partner closely with the IT and Trading Teams to manage all operational aspects of our TFG London’s B2B and B2V portfolio of applications. The team proactively take ownership of projects, service desk tickets and/or monitoring through these three different streams.

The Web Operations Technical Engineer will concentrate on projects across Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware, Python, SQL, C#, on-boarding new sales channels, DC web operations, logging and assisting in the resolution of web support cases, producing and maintaining reports, and developing new and existing systems as required.

Key accountabilities include;

  • Providing solutions and assistance for all web roadmap tasks and project milestones
  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing current procedures and functions in Python and C#
  • Log and follow through to completion on web support cases including bug fixes, enhancements and improvements
  • Write and optimise SQL queries as required by the business

The successful candidate for this opportunity will possess the following technical expertise;

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware
  • SQL
  • Python
  • C#
  • Previous WebOps/DevOps experience
  • Experience in continuous integration, configuration & delivery
