About The Role

We are looking for an Online Partner Assistant to assist our ecommerce department in the continued growth of our ecoms site. This is an exciting opportunity which will see you focus on trading activity across our partner websites by optimising trade and growth through detailed analysis.

The Ecommerce team is responsible for driving sales and profitability through Phase Eight web and our partner websites. The Online Partner Assistant plays a key role within the ecommerce team, monitoring and reporting on sales, promotional activity and key metrics which assist the day-to-day trading of our partner sites.

Working in partnership with our Online Partner Manager the Online Partner Assistant will provide weekly launch updates of our collection across our partner websites and be the point the contact for our Merchandising team to gain insight of the strategy per season including key buys, intake weeks and monthly overviews.

Key responsibilities for the role include;

  • Producing trade performance weekly reports across all partner websites, recording all partner site coverage and managing a calendar of upcoming partner coverage
  • Monitoring stock availability and working with the merchandising departments to ensure stock complements trading calendar activities
  • Communicating trade updates and changes to all our partners
  •  Set up and maintenance of all promotional sale activities on third parties, communicating to the Ecommerce and merchandising team changes and jurisdictions, demonstrating an awareness of the different requirements in each market.
  • Coordinating weekly product uploads and delivery schedules with our partners

About You

As an Online Partner Assistant we would need you to exhibit the ability to build relationships with different stakeholder levels both internally and externally. This opportunity would suit an experienced Merchandising Admin Assistant who is looking to take that next step.

We would need you to demonstrate a highly analytical and commercial mindset with a keen aptitude for numbers, able to navigate Excels and spreadsheets with confidence. Organisational skills and being able to communicate clearly and concisely is key to success in this role.
