About The Role

At TFG Brands we are invested in the future of eCommerce and ensuring a world class experience for our Hobbs, Whistles and Phase Eight customer. Our centralised eCommerce team works with a team of inspiring directors, and we are delighted to be creating a number of new vacancies to ensure we continue to create unforgettable experiences for customer. We are seeking a User Experience Designer to work with us on the implementation a new strategic direction of UX across our TFG group websites to deliver best in class digital experience. You will support the Group UX/UI Designer to drive data insight led solutions and introduce new UX methodologies, facilitating collaborative discovery with key stakeholders.
 
UX Designer Responsibilities
  • Support the UX Lead to research and interrogate customer problems and design new data driven experiences for our customers
  • Design and test all UI elements for UX roadmap and testing problems
  • Produce high quality UX/UI design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes
  • Ensure the highest design standards and consistency across all touch points
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to ensure the creation and delivery of digital experiences are according to guidelines

About You

Experience and About you: 
  • Strong User-centric design skills and usability best practice experience
  • Passionate about customer-centric, data driven design
  • Portfolio of UI/UX design work
  • Able to work independently and as part of an extremely collaborative team
  • Experience in web analytics and AB/MV testing tools
