About The Role

We are currently recruiting a CRM Manager to join our growing CRM and wider Performance Marketing Team leading the CRM operations across our three brands, Whistles, Hobbs and Phase Eight. This is a great role for an experienced CRM Manager or CRM Professional looking to step up to further their career in a fast growing fashion retail group. 
 
As our new CRM Manager, your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Support the Group CRM and Insights Lead to drive and deliver our  3-year strategy to improve customer retention KPIs in line with our overall business and marketing goals
  • Lead and develop the CRM team to produce high-quality commercial work for us and to achieve their own professional objectives
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to deliver business goals
  • Implement a lifecycle centric customer segmentation and communication strategy
  • Work with the insights team to identify new opportunities for improving customer KPIs and driving growth
  • Manage the end-to-end process of planning and implementing BAU activity ensuring
  • Manage email automation to deliver lifecycle campaigns to drive growth and improve customer KPIs
  • Monitor Database performance and identify opportunities for high quality opt ins
 

About You

As our new CRM Manager, we need the following from you:
  • A CRM specialist with experience managing and optimising CRM activity at a Managerial or Supervisory level in a retail business, ideally in fashion
  • Experience working with CDP/ESP/CRM platforms, experience using Exponea would be a bonus
  • Demonstrable experience developing customer segmentation models to support business goals
  • A track record of driving customer retention, £ per buyer and purchase frequency through delivering customer centric programmes 
  • Hands on experience of analytics packages, preferably Google Analytics
  • Ability to build and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed effectively
