We are looking for a Brand Photography and Styling Manager to join us here at Hobbs. This opportunity will see you focus on shaping our brand aesthetic direction and outfit styling across various platforms, including campaigns and e-commerce photography. You will lead and direct the entire styling process ensuring that the Hobbs’ vision is effectively communicated in a way that is visually inspiring and resonates with our customer.
Key accountabilities in this role include:
- Present the seasonal Styling Stories guide to the wider business, highlighting the key brand stories, styling, and product focuses
- Collaborate with the Product Director, Design and Buying teams to select product for photoshoots that capture both key lines and newness
- Line manage the E-commerce Photography Coordinator with casting, production, budget management, and outfit selection for weekly web shoots
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with studios and production companies, representing the brand as an ambassador at press and customer events
- Work with the online and digital marketing team to deliver e-commerce photography that contributes a first-class online shopping experience and showcases the full outfitting potential of the collection
- Contribute to the design direction of the press collection, working closely with the Head of Design and Product Director
