About The Role

We are looking for a Buying Admin Assistant to join us at Phase Eight. This opportunity will see you support on the Eventwear department. 
 

Our buyers play a crucial role in our business, developing and delivering commercial and profitable product ranges that set our Phase Eight brand apart. As the Buying Admin Assistant, you will contribute to the process of critical path and sample management, ensuring that all administrative tasks related to these areas are completed and communicated effectively.

As an active member of the Buying team, you will contribute to analysing competitor activity and seasonal trends. Working at a fast pace with a strong bias towards action and delivery, you will support the wider buying team in coordinating and preparing for range sign-off and managing the systemic elements of the buying process.

About You

As the Buying Admin Assistant we will provide you with full training and ongoing support from the get-go to ensure you have all the tools to succeed in your role. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in industry within a buying environment during work, placement or internship. We would need you to demonstrate a highly commercial driven mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure as a resourceful communicator. Motivated to fulfil the role, you will have a good understanding of thinking commercially, all the while looking to assist in the delivery of a profitable range that maximises commercial opportunities for our Phase Eight business. A commercial mindset and a collaborative nature are a must!
