About The Role

We're looking for a Regional (Field) VM Specialist to look after our stores across the South East of the UK. This multi-brand role will see you deliver our seasonal and weekly visual merchandising strategies across Phase Eight, Hobbs, Whistles and Inside Story. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll ensure that our stores consistently reflect our brand’s identity and offer an exceptional shopping experience.

 
What you will be doing:
You will:

• Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement the brand's Seasonal Visual Standards, contributing to the creation of seasonal guides.

 • Execute weekly and monthly visual directives, including new windows, rail guides, internal mannequins, and promotional areas, ensuring consistent implementation across all locations.

 • Coach store teams in the region, delivering engaging training sessions and utilising virtual tools to maximise efficiency.

 • Maximise the impact of key sales floor areas by analysing commercial reports and applying money mapping techniques to drive performance.

 • Regularly review competitors’ strategies, propose new initiatives, and implement trials to enhance brand presence and sales.

 • Partner with the Retail Operations team to enhance training programmes and develop effective visual merchandising guides.

 • Ensure all visual merchandising activities prioritise the customer experience, from department layouts to showcasing inspirational outfits.

 • Deliver exceptional visual standards to present our products in innovative ways, increasing conversion rates and average transaction values (ATV).

About You

Who We’re Looking For

 • Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.

 • Strong understanding of commercial strategies and customer behaviour.

 • Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.

 • Creativity and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering brand consistency.

 • Ability to work flexibly, including travel within the region.

 • Proficiency in using virtual tools for training and communication.
