About The Role

Are you a creative who's always ahead of the curve? Do you have a passion for creating compelling graphics and engaging copy, with a keen eye on the latest trends in the creative, fashion and design landscape? If so, our Creative Assistant role is the perfect opportunity for you!

In this dual role, you'll be at the heart of our Creative team, assisting in the development of visual and editorial content across all our digital platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the wider design, content and pr and marketing team to bring the Phase Eight brand to life, attracting new customers and keeping our existing audience engaged with all things Phase Eight. Your finger will be firmly on the pulse of what's new and next, ensuring our brand image and messaging are always fresh, relevant and impactful.

What you'll do:

  • Hands-on in creating digital content for various platforms like social media, our website, emails, and presentations as well as print materials, contributing to branded documents, always ensuring our Phase Eight brand is clearly represented.
  • Preparing and artworking graphics for both online and print use, keeping our creative assets organised.
  • Craft engaging written content for our blogs, newsletters and social media and assist in research that strengthen our content plans and editorial calendar, managing these and uploading content.
  • Always aware of the latest happenings and trends in the creative, fashion and design world, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the Creative team's work.
  • Play an active role in making sure our Phase Eight brand's look and message are consistent across all the creative work we do.

Who you’ll be:

This entry-level Creative Assistant role is your opportunity to collaborate closely with our experienced design, content, and pr and marketing experts, supporting the creation of content across our brand. You'll be an integral part of bringing the Phase Eight brand to life, attracting new customers and keeping our existing audience engaged.
