About The Role

At TFG we are invested in the future of eCommerce and ensuring a world class experience for our Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles customer. Our centralised eCommerce team works with a team of inspiring directors and we are delighted to be creating a number of new vacancies to ensure we continue to create unforgettable experiences for customers.

We are seeking a User Experience Design Lead to implement a new strategic direction of UX across our TFG group websites to deliver best in class digital experience. With support from a Group UX/UI Designer you will drive data insight led solutions and introduce new user experience methodologies, facilitating collaborative discovery with key stakeholders.

Our User Experience Design Lead will create new governance across UX/UI initiatives across websites and a customer experience roadmap for the group. The User Experience Design Lead will manage the AB/MV testing and recommendation programs and establish and deliver research, proto-personas, prototypes, IA diagrams and wireframes to the highest technical specifications.

About You

We are looking for you to have experience in the following:

  • Strong UX background previously working with transactional websites
  • Problem solver, analytical and commercially minded
  • Passionate about customer centric, data driven design
  • Able to work independently and as part of an extremely collaborative team
  • Experienced in articulating UX principles and delivery to key stakeholders
  • Experience in executing A/B, multivariate testing and personalisation programs
  • Good understanding of premium fashion and brands
  • Portfolio of insights, experiments and experience that have resulted in measurable improvements

 Each brand focuses on a different customer and style, from the contemporary designs at Whistles to timeless British elegance at Hobbs and exclusive occasion and daywear collections at Phase Eight.
