Working within a team of specialists you will support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in delivering paid social media strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
What you'll do:

Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to deliver a strategic paid media approach, specifically targeting new customer acquisition and supporting retention

Act as the primary liaison between with the external paid social agency, ensuring clear communication of objectives, campaigns, and creative needs

Facilitate and oversee campaign implementation by the paid social agency, ensuring alignment with our full-funnel strategy and performance KPIs

Coordinate closely with internal creative teams to brief, review, and refine paid social creative assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and campaign requirements

Monitor campaign performance, working with the agency to drive continuous improvement and optimise performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate).

Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Ecommerce Trading, Brand) to ensure paid social campaigns are aligned with marketing and trading strategy
Who you'll be:

Experience managing paid social media, ideally in retail ecommerce or fashion, across multiple markets

Strong understanding of paid social platforms including Facebook/Instagram; familiarity with Pinterest is beneficial

Experience managing agency relationships or external partners

Analytical mindset, proficient in interpreting and communicating performance data and insights.

Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
