Customer service is at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join us on a permanent basis. Our Customer Service team is based in Rochester in Kent, this full-time opportunity will be based part time in our Rochester location and part time working from home.
We will need you to connect with our customers with personality and pride, managing queries via channels such as phone, email, social media and live chat in a timely, positive and efficient manner. Working across our Group portfolio of brands and providing superior service to our Phase Eight, Hobbs, Whistles, Damsel in a Dress and Studio 8 customers, we will need you to be the first point of contact and make the customer experience sparkle with your passionate, customer-facing perspective. Efficiently identifying and assessing our customers needs will be second nature and you will strive to help achieve retention and positive satisfaction.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager our Customer Service Advisors play a central role within our business, you will be engaging with excellent communication skills and be passionate about our products and our brands, helping to resolve product queries by finding the best solution for our customer. Motivated by an energetic and sometimes challenging environment, our Customer Service Advisors keep our customer service records up to date and flourish through open and interactive communication with our customers and our internal stakeholders.
