Group Financial Reporting Manager

None of this is possible without great people though and we would love for you to be part of our journey. We are really keen to hire a Group Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Earlsfield (SW18).

Your Duties and Responsibilities as Group Financial Reporting Manager will include:

Responsible for delivering the month end consolidation and preparing the monthly Group management reporting pack (including P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow)
Management and oversight of all Intercompany transactions
Ownership and oversight of the IFRS 16 accounting process, ensuring that
Preparation of monthly covenant compliance calculation and bank pack submissions
Key contact for the Group and any local audit teams, responsible for managing the overall process and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Key contact for technical accounting memos (eg Impairments; stock provisioning; IFRS 9)
Ownership of the statutory account preparation and submission process for all trading, dormant, and international entities in the TFG Group
Key contact for internal audit team, helping to manage deadlines and deliverables in line with the agreed internal audit programme

About You

To be successful in the role of Group Financial Reporting Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

Qualified ACA or ACCA, with at least 3 year post-qualified experience
Experience with IFRS and UK GAAP statutory accounts
Strong technical accounting knowledge, and proven ability to apply this knowledge to business situations
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders
Experience managing direct reports
Pro-active, systematic and process driven, with the ability to multi-task with ease
