These are exciting times at TFG London. We recently completed the acquisition of White Stuff to complement our established brands Phase Eight, Whistles Hobbs and Inside Story. We're not stopping there though; we have big plans for the next three years within our current brands and we want you to be part of that. We are keen to appoint an HR Business Partner to support our retail colleagues in the north of England and Scotland and our international portfolio. In this key role, you will be the main point of contact for our Country Managers, Regional Managers and store colleagues providing support and training from an HR perspective and build your own knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in individual markets
Your Duties and Responsibilities as HR Business Partner will include:
- Partner with Retail Teams: Communicate with influence and provide expert HR advice, coaching, and support to our retail teams, helping them navigate a range of people matters
- Partner with Leadership: Provide support and insights to leaders to support decisions on store openings, closures, headcount planning and payroll discussions
- Drive Employee Engagement: Foster a positive culture and ensure our values shine through in everything we do
- Lead Learning & Development: Identify and address training needs, and design an impactful L&D calendar
- Stay Ahead of Legislation: Keep us compliant with the latest UK employment laws and update our policies as needed
- Enhance Processes: Collaborate on retail-specific projects and refine our HR processes to boost efficiency
To be successful as the HR Business Partner you will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong business partner with a track record building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Confident influencer adept a winning buy in from stakeholders
- Exposure to multi site retail from an HR perspective in UK and International markets
- Experience coaching and upskilling colleagues
- Expert in ER Knowledge of Employment law in the UK and other international markets
