About The Role

Join our Westfield Stratford store as Assistant Manager and work collaboratively with the Manager to create a 5* shopping experience for customers and drive excellence within your team. This is a full time contract, with shifts that include weekdays and weekends.

  • Motivated to coach and upskill high performing teams within the store
  • A natural role model with a passion and authority, you are both a ‘people’ as well as a ‘commercial’ person.
  • Enthusiastic on the shop floor interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence.

What you'll do

As Assistant Manager, you’ll exceed customer expectations through service excellence, visual merchandising and operational compliance. When required, you will deputise for the Manager and oversee the operational practices of the store whilst coaching strong teams and delivering sales growth.
