We are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable to lead our Accounts Receivable function and support the delivery of an efficient, accurate, and customer-focused sales ledger operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, driving process improvements, and building strong relationships across the business.
Working closely with the Group Accounts Receivable
Manager, the Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable will support continuous improvement initiatives,
resolve complex queries, and build strong relationships with internal
departments and external customers to maximise cash collection and maintain an
accurate sales ledger.
What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Accounts Receivable professionals, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and service levels are consistently achieved.

Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash allocation, reconciliations, sales ledger management, and credit control activities.

Monitor aged debt, support cash collection performance, and work proactively to resolve outstanding balances and customer queries.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer accounts, sales transactions, and finance system reconciliations across multiple sales channels.

Produce key reports and performance insights, while maintaining strong financial controls and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and concession partners, acting as an escalation point for complex account issues.
Who You'll Be...

Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger, or Credit Control within a high-volume finance environment.

A confident people leader with previous supervisory experience or a proven track record of mentoring and developing colleagues.

Knowledgeable in end-to-end sales-to-cash processes, reconciliations, and credit control best practices.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Proficient in ERP/finance systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

An excellent communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships and takes a proactive, customer-focused approach.
