About The Role

We are keen to appoint an Online Merchandise Assistant to join the Ecommerce team at Hobbs, Here you will execute actions and monitor the intake, allocation and replenishment of stock across our own and partner websites in order to achieved planned sales. 
 
Your responsibilities and duties as Online Merchandising Administration Assistant will include:
 
  • Replenishing stock on best-selling styles for the website
  • Planning and executing stock builds for peak trade periods to ensure the website and our concession partners can achieve sales plans
  • Monitor the site to ensure older sale styles do not interfere with the trading of current products
  • Modelling the impact of different promotional stances on the sales margin and deciding whether styles need to be deactivated from the website accordingly
  • Creating new reports and maintaining the current suite of existing ecommerce reporting
  • Advising other areas of the Digital team on stock availability of products to be used in email campaigns or photoshoots

About You

As Online Merchandising Administration Assistant you will have some experience in retail, ideally with some understanding or exposure to analytics. You will have a strong attention to detail and intermediate (V Lookup, Pivot Tables) Excel skills. You will be organised and a great communicator able to maintain a network of relationships.
